Metal Claw – 7% EPU, 0.7 Cooldown, 8 power
Compared to Counter: 8% EPU, 0.9 Cooldown, 12 power
MC – 87/0.7=80 or (8+7)/0.7=21.429
Counter – 128/0.9=106.667 or (12+8)/0.9=22.222
So obviously, Counter is superior.

How about Dazzling Gleam? In this situation, both of MC and Counter are useful depending on opponents.
Dazzling Gleam can be used for against Dragonite, MC will get the job done well.
But when against other opponents, Counter gains more advantage.

Conter / Hyper beam is the best moveset on ursaring.

It is by far the most-damage-moveset for a mediocre attacker as well as by small margin, for a bad defender.

Wanted moveset for defense: Counter + Crunch (type coverages)

I want this moveset too. When it comes to trading, this impossible moveset will surely be as valuable as a misprint of a mauritius 1-penny-stamp from 1847.

I don't quite understand this idea of the big 20. Could you please post the explanation for Pinsir as well?

I don't really see the point in this. If you really wanted to go crazy with an imaginary moveset for defense, why not Confusion + Body Slam?

I appreciate other pokemons than the usual top7 mons getting some attention, but I think these "top 20 episodes" need to be posted somewhere they are easier to sort through and read. The Q&A section on this webpage doesn't seem like the best forum for it. But that's just my opinion, others might disagree.
