The BEST Dragonite - A First Look at The Four Dragon Movesets

Which is the best Dragonite now - DB/DC, DB/O, DT/DC, or DT/O?
While GamePress is doing their analysis, I'm here to present some of my preliminary results of a dozen of matchups, as a discussion basis. I'll list my original matchup results in a google spreadsheet in the end.
Our four candidates are all level 30 and have perfect IVs.

1) Firstly, let's look at raw DPS output (no dodging). The defender I choose is a Pound/Psychic Chansey. For each Dragonite, I run 16 matchups, varying the Chansey from level 25 to level 40.

Results (time in seconds, the average of the 16):
DB/DC: 55.231
DB/O: 51.731
DT/DC: 53.059
DT/O: 49.140

The conclusion is obvious. Dragon Tail and Outrage are just too damage-efficient, especially Outrage. Therefore, the most damage-efficient Dragonite goes to DT/O, the least goes to DB/DC.

2) Secondly, let's look at how they perform when dodging. This time, I'll change the defender to a ZH/DG Blissey, and using two strategies: a) Dodge Specials only; b) Dodge all. Both are with releasing specials after the defender's specials. This time I include KD as the 2nd metric. If the attacker loses in a battle, I'll use time_to_win as time.

Results (time, KD. Both average of the 16)

DB/DC: 74.169, 1.140
DB/O: 67.775, 1.237
DT/DC: 71.6625, 1.188
DT/O: 67.497, 1.228

[Dodge All]
DB/DC: 79.906, 1.520
DB/O: 70.769, 1.466
DT/DC: 80.143, 1.530
DT/O: 71.059, 1.547

Conclusion: Surprisingly, DB/DC, DB/O, and DT/O perform similarly, but DT/O has almost 9 seconds' advantage compared to the two DC movesets.

3) Let's talk about it.
Outrage is just too amazing. It deals so much damage. Though with Dragon Tail spamming you might get hit with a charge move, with enough timing practices (only releasing Charge Attack after the defender does), it will be roaring. However, that doesn't mean that Dragon Claw is inferior; it is still fast and, most importantly, safe. No one can guarantee the Perfect Dodge as in the simulations, but with DB/DC you'll have the highest chance to achieve so. And we all know that one hit with Charge Attack is gonna change the KD significantly.
Dragon Tail is also amazing. It has higher DPS and EPS to Dragon Breath. But again, Dragon Breath is safer.

To conclude,
I'll give DT/O the best Dragonite for the moment;
The runner-up is DB/O;
DB/DC and DT/DC are also great, much better than Hyper Beam.
