Battling gyms is unbearable

Same shit!

Yesterday 2 ppl attack gym, i run there to defend but guess what! I had to restart game 4x!!!!!
Cus after last update game has started freezing regularly in beginning and its extremely annoying.

Anyways, so i was finally able to play and i hear other attacker near me starts cursing how gym gives error error 24/7......i was happy, well guess what!!!!! I start battling and "choose 6 pokemons" screen freezes over the battle screen, i wasnt able to dodge anything!!!!
My prestigers just die one by one getting hit by exeggutors.

Niantic doesnt care shit.
My phone is new and i havent had any major problems but i think after certain update everything went hell.

Main concern is the start up freeze.
Other day i was coming home from shops and tryed to open okemongo for one freaking pokestop....and i just stand there and look stupid while i need to restart game 3x before i can play.

Edited: I think i also saw white thing in the corner.

I haven't have any problems with gym battles for the past two days, didn't battle the day before. Sometimes when the game has gone wonky for me, I have to update the OS on my phone.

The already weak gym gameplay is becoming unplayable

You are not alone. If you are stuck, try switching - if your poke has enough HP left, you might be able to switch it out.

Yea, the switch back is hella annoying.

If you do run out of revives, a last resort option is to power up that poke, as it will generally gain 1-2 hp thereby reviving.

Just so you know, I've definitely been able to keep attacking and even using my charge move or switching my pokemon out after I've dodge a would be fatal move and my pokemon no longer shows up.

My advice is go for 750 prestige when you have
4g reception of 1-2 bars and save yourself the headache and time.
Actually between the reboots, gym issues, spoofers, money grabs for incubators this game is become unplayable in general.
