Generally IV's don't matter much for attackers in general. In your case, there's virtually no difference - the attack damage will be identical since at the same level and both with same attack stat - so maybe 1 HP difference and fractional difference in defending damage which is highly unlikely to make any difference due to the damage formula rounds down (e.g DPS of 6.0 is same as 6.999etc).

Atk value and iv for attacker
Hello everyone,
for example,
a. Arcanine, iv 78 15.10.10,
b. Arcanine, iv 89 15.14.11
Same level, same movesets, both atk is 15.
As it is attackers, iv still big matter? Or I can ignore it.
