All Choked Up -- Machamp v. Blissey

I need your help getting a more effective counter to Blissey. So far I've been using my Dragonite (legacy DP/DC), but want to use a fighting 'mon. I haven’t evolved a Machamp yet, but can now. First, I’d like at least 1 high CP Machamp for attacking Blisseys on other teams. Second, assuming I get a good moveset for the first Machamp, do you think it would be good or bad to get a lower CP Machamp to prestige against Blisseys that are at the bottom of gyms that I want to get into? The local Blisseys range from CP1800-3000.
Okay, we have 226 Machop candies to spend and a savings of 525K stardust. How would you do it? I am a Level 31 (almost 32) trainer. The chart below shows my inventory of Machops and single Machoke, with the last column being the estimated Machamp CP after evolution without powering up. (I hope the formatting is not too horked-up.)

Unless I'm missing something I'd do your 91% Machoke. 14/13/14 is pretty good. If you get a good moveset I'd power up that baby as your Blissey slayer.
Never used a lower Machamp for prestige so can't comment there. I usually use an Exeggutor vs Blissey for prestige - especially if the blissey has psychic moves (Egg resists). I have a range of 4 different 'Cuters from 1400cp-2250CP I use for prestige.
I love my eggs.
EDIT - generally prestiging vs Blissey I assume that I will not be getting the full 1000exp and pick an Egg that can take down the blissey. Usually try for around 600-700 prestige and I may have to do it a few times. Just like old school prestige when you only got 500 per try.
The main two I use for prestige vs high Blisseys are:
2251CP - C/Solar Beam. This guy hits like a truck. Crushes Blisseys. Only dodge charge moves. If its 2900CP+ its close but usually can just get in under the time limit. I actually want to power this guy up fully as he would have a CP over 2650 and be my main attacker but he's so good for prestiging.
2027 - ZH/Solar Beam - another great Egg for prestiging vs higher Blisseys.
It is not easy to prestige against Blissey ( especially with ZH/DG ) if u are intending to use half-CP way to gain 1000 pts. Dun think the machamp can survive even if u dodged all her charged moves if u intend to 1v1.
Best is to use same level as the Blissey, and since Machamps have lower CP than a Blissey at same level, u can get more than 500 pts. That being said, even at same level, u can't miss a DG dodge if u wanna 1v1 the fight.
C/DP and C/CC are both good against Blisseys/Snorlaxes.
