94 percent Rock Smash Brick break Hitmonlee worth powering up?
Its around 900cp. Does it have any favourable matchups that make it worth powering up?

Not really worth powering if you only want the best Pokemon and you're picky about what you power up.
Hitmonlee's problem is it's low stamina. Any good matchup that Hitmonlee has, another Pokemon will do it just as fast, and also have more HP going into the next battle.
If you prefer style points over using the same 5-10 Pokemon, then it's your call to make.
I have a fully powered Hitmonchan (100% IV with top moveset) and the dude is absolute garbage, haha.
BUT, if you are like me and collecting/variety/throwing people off with obscure mon's in gyms is what you like then go for it!
Beware though. It is a TON of dust for a crappy mon and every time I level up a little bit of me dies inside as I commit more stardust to the dude.
I'm just happy I only ever hatched one with meh IV's and some horrible Steel/Electric moveset.
I do power up my 100% Alakazam with Confusion/Dazzling Gleam though. It's a mess but I love Alakazam and failed at Psycho Cut three times already. So I gave up and power up this one instead and yes I do die a little bit inside as well.
