Low IV Snorlax w Body Slam
What are your guys thoughts about powering up a 48 IV Zen/BS Snorlax? It's level 30 w over 2700 CP and I have 32 candies to spare. I also have a level 20 lax w 84 IV that has Zen/Earthquake. I don't plan on walking snorlax anytime soon (want to max my Blissey), so should I old off on powering up my BS Snorlax or go for it?

Total Gym Dependent.
Your snorlax if its only level 30, and over 2700 and only 48% IV must have an extreme spread on Attack IV. Something like 12 attack 4 def 3 hp. As such, it's sitting higher than Snorlax's with more total IV but a more normal spread like 8 8 8
If 2700+ places well in Gyms, just leave it.
If it doesnt. you have just enough candy to bring it to level 33. Thats about another 140ish CP.
So if mid 2800s places significantly better in your gym scene than low 2700s, then sure power it up.
If not, throw it in Gyms, hold your candy until you hatch another, since its about 60 candies to take a Level 20 Hatch to Level 30. And you will be able to decide then whether your Level 20, or New Snorlax is better choice
I say max out your BS Snorlax now, unless it already gets a good spot in gyms where you live. If it does, I would say wait.
ZH/E Snorlax is not the best move for Snorlax but it is still very good. For example, ZH/E is superior to Vaporeon's best defensive move WG/AT. The C ranking on Gamepress is misleading in that sense...
And as we all know, CP is king in gym placement, so your ZH/E Snorlax should be powered up at some point in the future given its IV.
With only 32 candies you couldn't power up your 84% one either way.
If you'll only walk Chansey in the future, as rational as it is, use your candies on the Body Slam one. Or just wait until we all asses the situation.
I am in a similar dilemma, but can't make up my mind, so I'm waiting.
I have 130 Snorlax candies,
a 69% level 9 Zen/Body
a 84% level 12 Zen/Hyper
a 61% level 27 Lick/Body
a 71% level 31 Zen/Hyper
a 98% level 33 Zen/Earthq
How could I ever decide? Lol
