Gen 1 Spawns reduced
Anyone noticed the reduction in Gen 1 spawns since Gen 2 was released? For Dratinis, I typically bike around a coastal park and can guarantee at least 3-5 per night of biking. Now, some of those spawn points of changed to Larvitar (not complaining) or other Gen 2 mons.
Now, imagine Gen 3, Gen 4, Gen 5, etc are released. Without creating/increasing more spawn points, then certain mons will be almost non-existent. Lapras was already rare to begin with. It's probably near impossible to catch one with Gen 2 and impossible to catch with each Gen additions.
Didn't see this impact coming from Gen 2. Thought they would increase spawn points by at least 50% to accommodate new mons

Personally, the way I would have solved this issue is when you turned the App on, you would pick which Region you were entering.
And a pokemon that spawned would be a "Dratini" if your in Region1, or a Lavitar if you in Region2.
And if you catch someone in Region1, log out, log back in Region2, that pokemon is gone, you caught it.
I have noticed that too, my town was a pidgey and rattata nest almost and now I barely see them, Sentret, Spinarak, Hoppip and other common mons have replaced the gen1 ones and I don't like it. I also had a river where I went to get my Magikarp and some Dratini, everytime I went there I get 1 or 2 Dratini and at least 7-8 Magikarp (in one hour or so), now seems that after Valentines event all spawns have remained useless Slowpokes (I have like 800 Slowpoke candies), and the rare spawns that always had been Dratini are now replaced by Mantine (already have 3), or Marill (common in my hole town like Staryu was before).
I am pretty disappointed with those changes because those Dratini were almost all the rare spawns I have seen, zero Lapras and only 2-3 Snorlax since the beggining of the game have spawned for me.
