This is the team, no dodging. Got 2 FS each from the zams and Espeon.
I suspect that against Stone Edge Would need to dodge some.

I don't think Lugia is fast enough. At level 40 it has a TTW of 183 sec, so it can only be placed at the last spot for the finish. Ray with flying moves is definitely a good choice, but double dragon is not good enough, and look out for Stone Edge, it will shred your Ray.

Finished a LK/LS Lee with 18s, but with high level counters. Will try again with lower level counters later.

I did an x/SE Lee today in cloudy with the following:
L40 Alakazam C/FS
L40 Espeon C/FS
L40 Gardevoir C/DG
L40 Mewtwo C/SB
L40 Lugia ES/SA
L40 Rayquaza DT/OR

No dodging, won with 9 seconds on the clock. Putting in a duplicate Espeon/Alakazam/Gardevoir and dropping the Rayquaza would've probably given me at least 5 seconds better clear time.

You probably already know this, but your last 3 are hardly optimized. I would think you could do Monday better with Psychic Mewtwo and Flying Rayquaza. Also, Lugia is a bit too slow to be viable on its own. However, you can't argue with success. Well done.
