lol why want german translate? it uses universal language already that ALL OF THE WORLD CAN UNDERSTAND which is english and germans are well educated to understand english language for some country like asia japansese korean ... etc which english is not highly required for all of their people to learn english maybe thats more understandable to make translator here for them

Thats not the problem, i am able to understand and speak english! The point is, i am playing the pokemon videogames over years and knowing all the german names, so if i want to calculate the iv's i have to look up most of the english, different names! It has nothing to do with that, what are you talking about!!! and the gen1 german names are available and i am only asking for the gen2, so calm down!

Installed on a german device, the game shows german pokemon names. So it is quite practical to just enter the name shown in the game.

The multilingual interface is already programmed, and there is seemingly just the translation table for gen2 missing. For me, it is not highest priority, but it is really a low hanging fruit for gamepress imo.

As all you yell out is true, but translation of pokemon names is just to learn 250 new words with very limited use.

I understand your concern. The Calculators of this website have all the data of Gen1 translated to the other PoGo languages but Gen2 has been only added in English. I've asked for it already a couple of times without any answer. Well, yeah, some answer: they removed my Post! :/

Just out of curiosity, can you share some german names, maybe for the mons from defenders tiers?
Or a screen shot with some with original names?

Dragonite = Dragoran
Snorlax = Relaxo
Blissey = Heiteira
Rhydon = Rhydon
Gyarados = Garados
Vaporeon = Aquana
Flareon = Flamara
Jolteon = Blitza

as you see, some are quite similar, some are completely different.

Thanks.
Blissey strikes me odd as make me think at Hate :).
I like Jolteons, blitz. Does not go well with volt switch speed, though :).
We had some matresses named Relaxa, quite good name for Snorlax.

The name "Heiteira" comes from the German word "heiter", which means "cheerful".
