Overview

With a mono-Water moveset and a low attack stat, a fight against Vaporeon is a fight against the timer. After its defense fell in the stat recalculation, that isn’t so hard. The objective is to empty Vaporeon’s HP while being tickled by Water Gun - just be careful that an ill-timed charge move from Vaporeon doesn’t stuff an incoming Solar Beam.

Approach

Team composition

  • Electric options tend to have high DPS, while Grass options resist Water

Dodging strategy

  • Dodging charged moves should be unnecessary, unless around level 25
