Yet another Eevee evolve question
It is currently at 705 CP, with 15 ATK IV, 5 DEF IV and 10 STA IV. It is 67%. I have been looking for another good Eevee to evolve to Espeon. However, with only 5 defense and 10 stamina, I'm not sure if it worths, or should I evolve it to Umbreon?

Totally agree. I evolved two low IV L30 Eevees to Espeon and they wreck machamp.
IV's mostly matter when you want to invest heavy stardust into a mon. These are stardust free L30 Espeons - what's not to like? And it even has 15 attack. My low IV Eevees are far worse - we're talking something like 30% IV or so.
Don't transfer Machops, Eeves, Geodudes, Gastlys, Rhyhorns and Abras level 28-30. Just evolve them and see if moveset is good. They will do wonder without consuming almost any stardust. I've got at lvl 30.5 Dnite DT/Or caught at lvl 29 with attack IV 0. He's doing just fine, you can't tell the difference when raiding (even if there is some...)
