Worth evolving 15/8/14 L32 (82%) Ralts?

What level is it? If it's high level then I would evolve it. If not then wait.

I caught a level 30 Ralts, 15A/8D/15S, and evolved it. It's the highest IV Ralts I've caught to date. I've caught a dozen or so Ralts that were level 33 to 35, but all of them have been quite poor; IV's of less than 70 AND Attack of less than 8.

So if it's a high level (30+), I'd say go for it. If it's mid-level (25-29.5), I'd say evolve it but don't power it up right away. Anything below level 25, I'd say wait.

Honestly, yes. It's certainly strong enough to get the job done for now. You may run into a better one but it's unlikely for a while, and while uncommon Ralts at least have two weather conditions to get them to spawn, as well as hatches. You may even see more of them if Rayquaza wins the "Weather War"

If you're stuck with a second Gardevoir and need some diversity, it does see some use with Shadow Ball as well, allowing it to counter different Pokemon in gyms and opening up its possibilities for taking on Focus Blast Mewtwo.

Are you going to evolve it all the way? If so, hell yes. Go ahead and have yourself a high lvl Gardevoir. You can always split hairs about a better one later. In the meantime, she's gonna be useful in all sorts of raids and gym situations.

I've got the choice between a Lvl 20 15/15/10 and a Lvl 34 11/10/10 when I get 25 more candy. I won't hesitate to evolve the Lvl 34 first and worry about the Lvl 20 later
