If you really want this, make it as easy as possible for them. Look up the location on google maps and write the gps coordinates. Also, it would be good to mention what color the gym is.

Leave it. It'll come back eventually.

It's part of the game, take the high road and wait for it to comeback, dont ask for the scum of the earth to help you because that makes you one of them.

Grind more, get better pokemon.

As others have said, it will come back eventually. Asking spoofers to knock you out not only condones what they're doing, but it also potentially screws over your teammates that are in that gym (especially the ones hoping to get gold on that gym by sitting there for long periods of time). In the future, I would advise against placing Pokemon you don't want gone for long periods of time into remote gyms.
