Why Trading is right for Pokemon GO
Haven't you all already figured out the most precious resource in the game now? It's not high IV legendary. It's not candies. It's the freaking Stardust!
The difference IVs make is minimal. As long as the ATK IV is maxed, a 15/10/10 would not perform worse than 15/15/15. Aside from collection, there isn't really any point to get 100% and keep it at level 20.
But level makes a lot of difference. To support ultra-high level, Stardust is the only limiting factor. If you don't have Stardust and are desperate for a high-level Fire type raider, here, take my level 37 FF/FB Arcanine. As in return, I'd ask for some other type high-level raiders that are abundant to you. I'm in an area with very few Rhydon. I'm not affluent in Stardust. In prepare for Raikou, I really would like a level 30 Rhydon. If you don't like my Arcanine, I would even trade a 93% (13/15/14) Dragonite (at low level) for a level 30 or above Rhydon with ATK iv = 15.
And yes, people play multiple accounts. But that also means they devote double or triple time/energy in the game and, what's wrong with more work more return? Besides grinding Stardust is not like participating in raids. You are still earning Stardust at the same rate no matter how many accounts you have.
As long as they handle it in a "face-to-face" way, say, Bluetooth, you can't really trade anything with spoofer. Even if you do, do you have the dust to power up? Since "power down" is not an option, no one can really "give" you Stardust, but only powered up Pokemon.
Did I miss anything?

in terms of dust it gives you 1k per catch if you catch only one per day, so x10 more dust with same effort
in terms of great iv catches multiple accounts with trading gives you manyfold advantage (you only bother to catch 1 out of 1000 for you secondary accounts)
Raids take exactly the same amount of time with few accounts, but reward 2-3 times higher.
You could also trim, feed, hatch, power up, evolve and TM on your secondary accounts, there is so many exploits with multiple accounts "and" trading.

It is so trivial: spoofer transfer mon to a disposeable account, give it to you, and you trade it in completely legal "face-to-face" way to your main account.
If niantic will not apply some pokemon lvl limitations, you could buy already maxed pokemon. But if they will, it will suck when you trade legit.

Only for the first catch bonus is x10. Regular catch is still x1. And first catch bonus is minimal. If I give you 7k dust weekly, so what?

OK so you know a spoofer face-to-face. Then why are we discussing anything?

That is literally the dumbest thing i've ever heard. I will speak very slowly here so you can understand me.
You. walk. once to. get. to. a. raid, whether. you. have. one. or. ten. accounts.. That. is. not. double/triple. the. time. and. energy. Plus. you're. effectively. getting. multiple. free. passes. a. day. if. trading. comes. in. because. you. can. then. trade. everything. onto. your. main. account.
Do. you. understand. that?
Plus from the few times I have taken a friend's phone out I can say that playing with two phones only takes a little extra time. There is soooo much dead time waiting for stuff to happen. Encounter pokemon, load, throw ball, wait, break out, throw berry, wait, throw ball, wait, catch, wait, transfer. When playing with two phones, I can easily switch back and forth to do all that within nearly the same amount of time.
Grinding enough stardust is easy. Time consuming, but easy. In contrast i only have a total of six 100% pokemon currently. Finding them for your main account is not easy, unless we allow trading.
I didn't mention stardust anyway. I mentioned your comment saying it takes twice as much time to run two go accounts, which is moronic.
You inability to understand the bigger picture is scary.
