Where else are there shiny pikachus?

Where did you get those, I wonder if they are all over the US? I am currently at home in NYC, i guess they should be here too. but btw i have a ton of crappy shiny magikarp, as I was visitng a friend in SF for two weeks, they are all over the place. The last day though I got a 91 shiny, and a perfect regular magikarp so cannot complain. i haven't evolved them yet tho, no candies lol. They barely exist here in NYC on the brooklyn side of the east river. Go figure.
