What is your best investment on the second charge move?

Even with the second charge move recommendation list from this site, I'd like to know what second move and what mons and level that you made the wise investment without doubt. Why? Thanks.

I made Mewtwo with IB and FB and legacy tyranitar with Cr and SE. But I don't feel much uses of them as originally thought. So a mediocre investment...

Giratina. I tried using a L20 one in Ultra League once vs. another player, and it easily plowed through all 3 of the opponent Pokemons without fainting even with lag. I'm saving Rare Candy for it now.

Heatran with Fire Blast and Iron Head and Weavile with Foul Play and Avalanche. Never regretted buying those two, they proved to be useful in both pvp and pve. In the future, i'm going to buy Shadow Sneak for Giratina.

But Shadow Sneak is such a weak attack, even if it's fast. Shadow Claw is a great fast move, but Shadow Sneak takes 45 energy to do 50 damage in PvP, whereas Dragon Claw takes 35 energy to do 50 damage, and Ancient Power takes 45 energy to do 70 damage. Even without STAB, it's stronger.

What matters in PvP, in approximately this order: weakness/resistance, quality of attack, stat shape. That's why Espeon with C/Future Sight will beat Mewtwo with C/Psychic in the Great and Ultra Leagues (all else being equal).

Weavile is disappointing to me in pvp. Too much a glass canon

Before investing more than 10k in buying second moves, let the dust settle a bit, and make it so that people really know what's going on.

Blastoise with Hydro Cannon and Ice Beam is a real winner. Good tankiness, and the things that hit him hard (grass) or resist water (grass, dragon) get abused by Ice Beam.

Meganium with Frenzy Plant and Earthquake is another winner, although Torterra might be even better in that role, given it gets STAB with Earthquake.

I think I've invested in a Steelix and Altaria, other than that, waiting for a better consensus on what's good and what isn't before spending hard earned dust.

Torterra with Earthquake and a grass quick move is a beast even without a second move. Relies on timely switches though as it has many weaknesses.

Ice Beam Blastoise is one of the few things my Great League FP Venusaur fears.

I've bought my Golems some spare moves (quick TMs let them change type profiles) and my Aggrons, so my autoselect is more useful. Typhlosion just got Overheat.

Next ones will be Machamp and Breloom, possibly Gengar or my Hurricane dragonite.

I am still playing for fun in PvP, not in tournament or competitive mode (yet) so i dont spend any on 2nd charge except 1 Venusaur just so i know what its like

In so far, all my 2nd charge move investments have been mediocre so far even though they look good on paper. I play Ultra league mostly for reference

Ice Beam for my HC Blastoise was ok, barely used it. Blastoise has a mediocre STAB fast move and has to run Bite, which isn't good when facing Tytanitar

Outrage for my legacy DT/HP Gary didn't pay off due to DT (and Gary in general) kinda sucking

Dragon Claw for BB Charizard is a lot of stardust that I can't afford for what is best, a fringe squad player

Crunch for a WF/HP Gary for Great League turned out wasn't a good idea due to the prevalance of counters to Gary in general

For PvP, my best picks would be the starters for both great and ultra leagues and Altaria for great. Cheap, and they all get a good upgrade from having the second charge move.

I've personally invested so far in the following for great league and have been very happy with all of them:
Meganium
Blastoise
Azumarill
Altaria
