What should I do with my Rhinos?
After the Rock-type event I ended up having several good IVs Rhyhorns and Rhydons but none of them were with perfect movesets. I guess now having a good Rhydon is essential for countering Raid bosess so I wonder, what should I do with these guys?

I have 166 candies. Should I power one of my current Rhydons up? Or should I evolve one of my Rhyhorns hoping to get a good moveset? Maybe I should get TMs and reroll moves for some of my Rhydons?

None of these are super fantastic. In this attacking meta you'd want as high an attack stat as possible. And you want to put those 166 candies to good use. You need lots of candy to power up and possibly save some for Rhyperior (gen 4). So evolving doesn't look attactive.

TM's are rare. You could use a fast TM on the 86% to get double ground moves. Don't use it on Earthquake to try for double rock as you might just get megahorn.
You could use a fast TM on the first one to get double rock. It's not high IV's, but at level 28 it would be immediately useful. Not sure that I would do much levelling up of that one.
But overall, I think your best option right now might be taking down a level 4 raid Rhydon, if level 4 raids are realistic for you.
It also needs to be considered what your Golem situation is like. In most cases Golem would be a solid substitute for Rhydon.

I guess I could try to get Rhydon on the raid, I haven't really thought about it.
Talking about Golems, I have one with MS/EQ on lvl18 and another with RT/RB on lvl22. Both of them have really good IVs. Currently I'm powering up the second one as it's very essential to have a strong rock-type attacker by the time legendaries arrive.
