In what order are these iv:s 0/15/10

I'm refering to this game press Guide: https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/pokemon-go-trainer-battles-what-niantic-got-right-and-missed-opportunities
where it says "a 0/15/10 Pokemon may theoretically perform better than a perfect version"

Both poke genie and calcy IV refers to iv in this order: atk/def/sta. But on the game press iv-calculator the iv order is refered to as HP/ATK/DEF. So is game press (always ?) refering to ivs in this order: HP/ATK/DEF?

Could be ATK/DEF/HP as well.

Actually, a pilowswine with this 'ideal' considered IV distribution reaches the CPlimit of Greatlegue at a later Level than a 'perfect' one, rebalancing it a little more toward the tanky side which is usually what you want for pvp.

From what I understand after exploring this topic in some depth basically since a good number of PvE mons have their Defence as their lowest base stat out of the 3, a 0/15/0 mon has a good chance of having both the highest stat product and the highest A+D+HP total
