What the heck is going with Niantic?
What the heck are they thinking? How the hell is it that my friend got an EX raid pass while I don't, from the exact same gym that we raided during the past 2 weeks (different time frames)? I'm speechless.

I say we all go here and submit a bug report telling them that their Ex Raids are bugged and don't seem to be doing anything positive for most of the community.
If they get enough, they might actually take notice.

...just a thought.
It makes me rage to read on our local WhatsApp group a few players saying that they got mewtwo in 2 or 3 accounts. Or in other cases complaining that they got it "in the account that they didn't want". Reading on the specialised pokemon websites and watching videos in YouTube this seems to be very generalised!
I don't understand why people are saying EX raids are a failure. Because YOU don't have a Mewtwo yet? I don't have one either, but I'm sure I will soon enough, and the EX raid system seems to be working fine.
Everyone complains that legendaries are too easy to get, along with Tyranitars, Machamps etc. because of raids, but if they have to wait an extra few weeks to get a Mewtwo, they scream bloody murder.
Just relax, people. You'll get your Mewtwo soon enough, and in a couple of months, or less, you will be complaining that Mewtwo is nothing special, because every casual lvl 20 player has several.
I don't understand how you can be sure that we will all get a Mewtwo, or at least a chance at Mewtwo with the current system.
What am I missing that makes you so sure this will be the case?
I am not being argumentative - you just seem very sure about it, so perhaps I have missed something that you have picked up on.
I'm not sure if there has been more than 1 EX Raid in my entire city (Ottawa) since it started. I'm not even sure that there has even been 1; none of the people I normally raid with have been invited (and most of them have done 100+ Legendary Raids in our area of town. I might have done 30) and when we do talk about the EX Raids, people talk about them in terms that are somewhat unbelievable. "I know a girl in (other side of town) who told me about the EX Raid in (another part of town) that her co-worker got an invite to - no one showed up!" One of the guys I know has done more than 1,000 Legendary Raids (and Tyranitars) all over Ottawa (due to him being a delivery driver) and he hasn't gotten one yet either.
It's just... eh. I don't actually consider Mewtwo to be part of the game yet. Or EX raids. To me they're pre-Beta; Niantic is testing them (likely sending these raids to places with prominent YouTubers or other Reviewers, or vocal fan bases) on a limited scope to see if they can work on a larger area. That's it.
Eventually they'll figure out something new and better, then Mewtwo will be rolled out for the rest of us to have a chance at.
