What is that?

Yesterday, while riding on a bus to school, I noticed the Pokemon shown in the image (top middle) and I couldn't recognize the sprite in Pokemon go. I was on a bus, so I couldn't stop and see what it was, but it was spawned there on the way to and back, so I'm considering going back there and capturing It. (If it's worth anything)

I'm a veteran in the core series (7 yrs) but I can't recognize the go sprite. Can anyone help me out on this?
