Use for Shinx?
So I just hatched a 96% one, 15 atk/def, and having 10 93+ total magnemite/electabuzz family (lucky and nonlucky) it made me think is there any use for shinx?
Luxray's not a pokemon I particularly am fond of so wouldn't use it in raids over my shiny TS zapdos even though they have even-ish preformance, and I know the other two nonlegendaries and raikou are just much better. Does luxray have any kind of pvp usage, or is raikou much better there too(haven't gotten to second move one because of the rarecandy)?

I would argue that Luxray is the best Electric/Dark pokemon right now (Raikou can get a Ghost attack, Zapdos, Electavire, are pure electric, and when Magnezone arrives, he can get a Steel attack.)
If you have a use for Electric/Dark, perhaps for PvP, then he'd be useful to power up. However, a 100% probably isn't optimal for PvP unless you have to max it out for the league you want it in.
Agreed, but he has access to dark moves. No STAB with them, of course.
We don't call Groudon a Ground Grass Fire type, but he has access to Solar Beam and Fire Blast. That's what I was referring to, and what people should be cognizant of - attack options give flexibility, which is a true boon in PvP, where one has to make do with only 3 pokemon to cover possibly everything.
Luxray's too small for master league and its stat spread is so heavily attack oriented that it's very unlikely to have any chance in great or ultra league. If you want an electric type that has coverage against ghost and psychic, better use Raikou.
EDIT: And if anyone disagrees, feel free to point out any reasons to use Luxray in PvP. Because I see none.
Electric/Dark is a weird niche that I'd argue is better handled by Raikou thanks to it picking up Shadow Ball (ghost and dark have the same SE profile). With Shinx being raid/egg exclusive your ability to get Luxray into Great League is very slim - the best friends IV floor of 5/5/5 gives it a CP of 1498 at L20. Raikou meanwhile has been obtainable at L15 in the breathrough boxes for some time and requires little to no investment to reach the CP cap.
For Ultra League, Raikou ends up with a pretty close total stat count at a much lower level, which hilariously makes it the cheaper option even when factoring a second charge move for each. Pokebattler shows that with ideal stat spreads Raikou reaches its CP limit at L27, compared to Luxray's L34.5.
Luxray's a cool Pokemon that's just sadly outdone on all fronts. At best, a surprising HP type could be used to get a jump on your opponent with unexpected fast move damage but how far that goes may not be worth the risk.
Also as mentioned, Luxray is pure electric. Not electric/dark, unless you were referring to its potential attacking profile.
