Jokes aside, congratulations to a very nice Pokemon. Well worth powering up. I did it to mine and it's really useful. Sure, mine only has 91% IV, but on the other hand.....it has 15 Attack :P

Congratulations on an awesome catch! In my opinion, it's well worth bringing to max. With Mewtwos already monstrous base atk stat, I doubt there's any breakpoints at 40 that a 15 atk IV hits that a 14 doesn't.
