Which of these would you prioritise first for the quick move TM:

Bite (to make to Dragon Tail) /Dragon Pulse Gyarados (100 IV, Level 36.5)

Bullet Punch (to make to Counter)/ Dynamic Punch Machamp (98 IV, Level 30)

Steel Wing (to make to Dragon Tail)/Dragon Claw Dragonite (98 IV, Level 31)

Depends on what else you have. I would personally do the Machamp, but that's because I badly need a double fighting Machamp.

I would personally do the Machamp, because C/DP is probably the #1 moveset I am missing.

The Dragonite is a good candidate as well. However right now, 3000+ pokemon are apparently bad defenders, so maybe wait on that one...

I used a charge TM on a DB/DC Nite today and got frigging HB. At least I'm guaranteed either Outrage or hurricane next time!

Considering most of the L4 raid bosses are weak to fighting (Snorlax, Tyranitar, Rhydon, Lapras), I'd say:

1 - Machamp
2 - Dragonite
3 - Gyarados

Gyr with bite can be good for M2
I think the beat ms for gyr is b/hp

since blissey and Snorlax and tyranitar are weak to fighting, along with steelix, umbreon, lapras, and other potential defenders, is do machamp first, as it will dish out the most damage against these mons, compared to dragonite and (except for some situations) gyarados.
