TM choices

First one off the top of my head is my 89% ZH/P Blissey. I'd love to get DG on it but could get HB. I already have 2 - 3000CP Blisseys with P/HB.

It's pretty good as is but DG would be so much better!

When I get to the point of "hurricane" being my next up mon for a re-roll, then my mon bag will be AWESOME!.

DT / hurricane shouldn't be rolled in my opinion it is rated A and will have great use with the raids it have STAB and SE , and am pretty damn sure this will get handy specially with fighting since no good counters in top attackers

I think the Hurricane is very good, honestly I wouldn't spend a TM on it in the short or medium term (Imagining that getting TM's will not be so easy).
Now with more variety of mons, I'd spend on Lapras, Snorlax, Eggys, Donphan, etc.

Based on the probable good defensive mons that I have, I would say my Slowbro with C/WP is a tough one. Would love IB, but could get P which would be less optimal, but not awful. After that I am more looking at rerolling quick moves.

Its just so hard to say without knowing how hard it will be to obtain TMs. If we all have the luxury of lots of them, then I would have some scenarios like you're describing. But I feel like we will all have lots of truly BAD movesets to worry about first.

But to answer your question, another good example is Machamp. I have two with Counter/CC but none with Counter/DP. I would love a DP so maybe I would risk it.

I will be re-rolling TMs on my IS/Blizzard Lapras hoping to get Ice Beam.
