Wait. SE is useful against Ho-Oh. Niantic have yet to officially confirm the exclusive move. Remember the Blast Burn nerf?

No reason to, unless you have an immediate use for them with Crunch.

EDIT: Since people don't seem to understand what I'm saying here I'll elaborate. If your SE Tyranitars would provide more value to you right now by having Crunch, TM them. If they wouldn't provide immediate value, there's absolutely no reason to TM now.

Hard to not have a use for Tyranitar with Crunch. You probably meant whether he needs another Tyranitar with Crunch.

I'm not sure how you'd read my post to talk anything about the general usefulness of Tyranitar with Crunch. Since we don't know how many OP has or whether they have enough of better Ho-Oh counters, it's hard to say anything except "refrain from doing anything hasty unless it provides immediate value for you".
