TM to Blissey

I have 91% Blissey currently standing at 2886 (0 candies left). It has ZH/HB. Would you change its fast move to make it very tanky attacker or charge move trying to get DG to make it defender. In my opinion defensive moves doesn't matter at all. And I think that will continue although Niantic increase daily caps because it is so easy to destroy whichever gym if you want to. But is there any use of very tanky attacker which is also making some damage (P/HB)?

In fact same applies to my 96% 3000CP Snorlax with also ZH/HB. Do I seek for L/HB or ZH/HS?

HS is arguably the worst charge move after the update, even inferior to Earthquake in some cases.

However, Earthquake probably deals less damage in neutral match-ups than HS and HB.

You don't really need two tanky attackers, save one on offense and one on defense.

Personally I'm going to swap my both maxed blisseys from p/hb to zh/dg. I see no point in potion-saving-mode aka attacking blissey anymore. They are wonderful for blocking enemys from raid gyms.

Since defending movesets don't matter anymore and snorlax and Blissey aren't great DPS attackers, I would hold off on using TMs on them and wait to see what are the best PvP movesets. They will be viable Pokémon in PvP for sure.

As an attacker, Blissey is terrible. She will run the timer out and not win. Pick a better attacker.

As a defender, Blissey is still a challenge. If you are in a place with high gym turnover, Blissey might discourage someone who doesn't have time. In a place with low turnover, use a weak pokemon so you can collect coins
