Replace anything with Aggron and you should be good. Probably the Arcanine since it's likely the slowest.
But I'd agree that you are a bit glassy and would need to dodge a bit. 3 double steel lv 30 aggron finishes Draining Kiss Jynx in 194 seconds so it lasts a long time. As long as you are getting ahead of the clock with the fire types (which you should be) then you can just tank to the end.
For a frame of reference in a little to no dodge solo of Jynx against FB/A my successful team was:
FS/O Flareon Lv 34
FS/O Entei Lv 32
FS/O Moltres Lv 32
FF/FB Arcanine Lv 30
FS/O Charizard Lv 31.5
E/O Typhlosion Lv 31
While my team that failed was:
FS/O Flareon Lv 34
FS/FB Flareon Lv 35
FS/FT Flareon Lv 34
FS/FT Flareon Lv 29
FS/O Flareon Lv 30
FS/O Flareon Lv 29
Jynx may be a glass canon but its definitely not so as a raid boss, possibly due to the fact that all raid bosses pack the same amount of HP (can't remember the actual figure). I solo-ed one earlier today and it took the 6th pokemon to bring it down (was in total shock as gamepress listed Jynx as an easy tier 3 boss; perhaps with the need to dodge). I did not dodge but simply kept tapping away on the screen. The team composed of and in the following order:
1. Flareon (98%iv; lvl39; firespin/overheat)
2. Tyranitar (100%iv; lvl40; bite/stone edge)
3. Tyranitar (100%iv; lvl40; bite/stone edge)
4. Tyranitar (98%iv; lvl40; bite/stone edge)
5. Tyranitar (96%iv; lvl40; bite/stone edge)
6. Flareon (98%iv; lvl36; firespin/overheat)
Edit: I encountered a Confusion/Avalanche Jynx
