Spawn related question

Since the Gen 4 tease, I see more Pokemon like Misdreavus and Gligar spawning. I haven't seen Rhyhorn much though... Mybe they spawn less Pokemon that are going to be really good in Gen 4? But I think that Rhyhorn is spawning more in Sunny weather than Partly Cloudy (or Rock biomes for that matter)... mybe that's the problem?

Can relate, used to see them 3+ times a day ( actually used to catch more than 10 a day around the time of the water festival) but yeah im assuming since Rhyperior is nearing they're making Rhyhorn more Rare since Rhyperior is like A1 asf

I don't think I ever saw a rhyhorn outside of nests or events.

Have not seen a Rhyhorn for some time, even in partly cloudy weather. (Singapore is mainly an urban water/grass biome.)

Rhyhorn has always been extremely rare as a random wild spawn in my area, even when weatherboosted. Can't say I've noticed any change.

Yup, and Geodudes too.

Rhyhorn is everywhere at my location, which is indeed a rock/fire biome (rhyhorn, geodude, growlithe). TBO too tired to catch them as the hit box is far and small.

Since the drop of Gen 3, I have only seen wild Rhydons in specific events - like the Ground/Grass/Fire/Water event from the spring - or during Clear weather. (Not during Partly Cloudy)

Tough I have seen a spike in other gen IV related evolutions, hope they bring Rhydon back as a raid boss for Regirock. I think they held Rhydon back as much as they did because of how good Rhyperior will be, hopefully

I thought the same but it could have happened earlier and I just didnt care than.
I didnt see any the last month which is strange cuz it was either partly cloudy or sunny.

I can’t agree with this statement for sure, but I think that’s partly a change in spawns for me mostly could be he doesn’t spawn like Eastern Washington. I think because it’s drier there I don’t see the geodudes and Rhyhorns like no tomorrow here in PNW
