i just saw the same pokemon in an sniping forum, jajaja, so you dont deserve any congrats.

Sniping doesn't do any good because as soon as the trainer teleport to the GPS location the Pokémon has a 100% flee rate and will run if not caught with the first poke ball.

I still don't understand sniping works. I just use the tracker and drive to whatever is within range of me and hope the IVs are more than 80%.

If you caught this using external map-tracking you dont have a legit mon!

Thats also Niantics opinion.
Tracking is cheating, and its also the tool which feeds the spoofers.
Sadly this game has a long way to go to get clean!

Wow...that's incredible!! Congratulations!! Im level 32 and I have never encountered such a high cp pokemon. My highest was Pincir around 2300. Put him in gyms and watch peoples jaw drop ?.......if you did snipe, how did you do it?

I'm skeptical of this being legit (i.e. caught whilst walking around outside and not spoofing), due to the 100% full battery and the Wireless Internet icon being active.
