In the latest stream of bugs and foul-ups on Niantic's end, TSR is reporting that the Sinnoh Stone isn't being given out in the breakthrough boxes with the ending of the Hatchathon event:

Yikes, thanks for the heads up. I complete my next breakthrough tomorrow so I'll hold off on claiming it.

Do we have confirmation on whether this has been fixed yet or not?
