My wife only collects wonders :) I am less specific, above average+ for me

I've kept maxing out my first 100% pokemon with A grade movesets.

I mostly work to improve my team of attackers and defenders. I try to focus on pokemon that can be used for both, such as fs/ft Flareon or Rhydon, ect.

I've become a candy collector.
I'm trying to get at least 1000 candy for as many mons as possible.

I'm paying much more attention to IV's than I used to, as well as move sets. Still trying to level up (now 33) using mass evolutions so I can power up my best fighters and favorites (which include aerodactyl, charizard, typhlosion and shiny gyarados).

I also pay more attention to gender, especially where there is an imbalance, and like to have at least one pair of those (e.g., snorlax, typhlosion, aerodactly).

Maxing out all 100% mons-I think most people do that. I only have three of them, two of which i got in the last month. Getting different pokemon with good moves and IV's about certain CP thresholds.

My side project since I knew about gym revamp has been saving all posible dust without restricting myself from gym scene in my area. It is not an easy task, I am at 12 gyms at this point but as the average cp on my area is around 2.9-3k I have all my top cp mon on them, my range is from 2.7k-3.4k of my first 12 mon.

I have managed to keep that streak for a month but the problem comes when valor or instinct starts building high level towers around me, I don't want the gyms nearby to stay that level too much time because if I let them when I take them down they build them up on less time once again (people wants them if they have had not many activity during days).

So because I have all my high cp mon in gyms I have to use the lower ones to take down that towers, making me waste a lot more of potions/revives/time.

It has been really challenging so far, a fun month without any doubt. at this point I have 1.3million dust, hope I can keep this path until gym rework :D

Great topic. I get asked this a bit, what else to do:

• Specifically getting mons with top 1-2 movesets in all the top attacker and defender lists. A memory of the current meta. Maybe this will change but still a good memory of this time.
• All movesets for Murkrow - perhaps the most hated mon in pogo
• Collect level 1 mons (got a level 1 Snorlax this week)
• Cycling out junk inventory so its mostly max revives and max potions
• Develop prestiger army, 900-1500 CP of mons with "nukes" - parasect, ratticate, wigglytuff. Bonus if have these for each 100 CP interval in this range
• High IV Red Gyarados with A moveset
• All movesets for the big 7 mons
• Full LIVE dex

Interested to hear what else folks are doing!

Only mission I have so far is be in 10-12 gyms consistently without having to take down any (wake up, press collect mode...). Gym rewamp will probably make that much harder in the future...

.. also making some unique armies to raid gyms:

• "bloods" army - scizor, red gyarados, octillery, jinx
• "love" army - blissey, cleffary, likitung , wigglytuff
