This was caught as an omanyte before i was level 30, during partly cloudy weather. He's waiting to prey on Moltres and Entei when they get reprinted.

I found this as a Blissey, not a Chansey! I think I may have preferred a Chansey though since i have a few high CP Blisseys but I'll take it!

This is one I'm very happy with. I also have a lvl 35 100% Feebas that I caught right at my doorstep.

There's a couple 100% Pokémon that I caught without/before weather boost that I value more, though.

So all I'm wondering if players really caught this without scanners

No scanner here. The Jynx popped up outside work during my lunch break

Most of my 100% Pokemon I did find with the help of a scanner (why not make use of scanners if our community has a high quality one?). The two I posted here were random finds (those and a 100% 551? cp Golduck), though, which is why I'm extra happy to have these.

It's not too difficult to catch a wild 100% weather boosted Pokemon in my opinion. I value those 100% I really found myself higher than those by help of a scanner.

Thanks for the answer either way (y)

I can't even find or to be more honestly, reach a 100% with a scanner. I live in hong kong and it's a small place, Most of the good pokemon are dumped right into the wilderness or in country parks, and barely anyone sees 3000+ CP Dragonites, Tyranitars, and Snorlaxes in the weather EVEN when in the correct weather.

And even if they are above 82%, 99% of the time they are very low level (Below 25) and are outright unusable without absurd amounts of dust.

If you used a scanner you also need to watch it 24/7 in order to prevent something slipping out of your radar which can happen often, like i just let an unown slip past me today. And watching the scanner will prevent you from walking eggs or buddies and also trigger the annoying no pokemon/sightings bug. My tip is if you used a scanner unless that thing is right near you and it has a lot of time before it despawns, don't even think about it because you are always 1 second late.

In fact, trust your instincts, if you see huge amounts of people with their pokemon go on in one area or at least 1 people running towards a direction, you can be sure something is going on.

And last thing is even if you see a 100% IV, level 35 Dragonite or Snorlax, it really doesn't matter if they flee after 2 gold razz + ultra.

How are people getting perfect wild Blisseys, when I can't even find a freaking Chansey even with scanners?

I find scanners like Pokehuntr very unreliable. The Nearby function is my friend for this (Though I feel it's SUPER inefficient since it sometimes shows as little as 4 Pokemon on the screen and only mons near stops where their precise location is

An lv 35 96% Eevee which is now an Espeon and a lv 31 100% Makuhita. No scanners, just luck

100% but could have been a level or two higher...

Caught it right after I said 'we never find 100%s in this park' with a critical catch
