Seriously, fix your ads

I wanted to read your 2 most recent articles, but have been redirected 3 times before I make it through a couple of paragraphs. The back button on my phone doesn't work on this ad, so I need to go through the process of getting to the article all over again. At this point, I'll just read about Gen 4 some place else.

This is a serious problem, I have been getting these as well. I am surprised no one else is saying anything about it.

This topic comes up every few months. I used to occasionally be hit hard on iPhone, but then installed a content blocker to limit ads and haven't had an issue since.

Well, maybe instead of only bringing it up every few months, we should bring it up daily/as often as possible till something gets done? Clearly there needs to be a larger out cry for gp to realize how annoying and rude this is.

Had to get the reset password link 3 times because it would redirect to the ad. It’s so annoying I can barely use this website anymore. Please GP stop with the Amazon crap.

This issue has been going on for what seems like months. The worst is when I'm part-way through a lengthy post/reply, and I get redirected to one of the "congratulations, you won..." spam sites, resulting in me having to retype the post. I really hope the power that be at GP can do something about this, because it's been getting pretty ridiculous.

Its getting worse. I repeatedly copy what I am typing incase I get redirected. It normally isn't as bad when I am responding tho, it's when I'm reading.

I installed AdBlocker Turbo afew weeks ago, use it instead of Chrome for this site only & not had a pop up since. It should've been fixed by now at their end but obviously they must be makin' money from it hence nothing been done. Poor way to treat your users imo, make them put up with that crap to line your own pockets but do what I did & you shouldn't have anymore problems.

I got 3 viruses from these ads

I get the stupid ads that open a new tab (I think) and make a loud beeping noise that says my phone is under attack(?), and I hurriedly press back to get the F out of there.

Seriously, fix this crap. It's why I don't really visit this site on my phone.
