Second Charge Move vanishing in Gym Battles?
Today I took down a gym with a Gyarados which I've bought the extra Charged move for. For the first of the 3 gym battles I had Hydropump and Outrage, as per normal, but at the beginning of the second battle, the Outrage vanished and only Hydropump was left. This was the same for the third battle as well.
Has anyone heard of this happening? I checked all my Gary's and all of them have 2 Charged moves so it wasn't like the game switched out one Gary for another between Gym Battles. (f that happened then it should have gone from Outrage to Crunch) The move was simply gone - the Hydropump was in the middle of the screen as if it was the only Charged Move I had.

This was happening for the first week or so after the PVP update and second charge moves first became available. When starting or switching in your pokemon would have two charge moves, but when it switched to another defender your pokemon would lose its second charge move. You could switch to another pokemon, then switch back to get the second charge move back, but that wipes built up charge energy so sort of defeats the purpose of having a second coverage move. There was another update to fix the problem.
What game version are you on? You can see if you go to settings and look at the bottom right corner. Mine is 0.131.3 and was working fine as of yesterday.
Is there a new update that has reverted the problem? That would be typical for Niantic. I think there are different teams working on branches of the program, and they frequently seem to forget to merge bug fixes into the test branches, then release the test branches without the previous bug fixes.
