Same pokemon for all players??

I was playing both my main & baby account & i just noticed all pokemon i caught on both accounts have the same cp, stats, iv, height & weight, etc...
Did niantic just made all pokemon spawns the same for all players??
So if someone caught a 100% at a certain area others can also catch the same pokemon in the same area & be 100%??

Yes once you hit a certain level (20 I think) stats for a specific spawn will be the same. That includes ditto but not shiny.

30+ are identical. The lower have ranges (something like 20-24 are identical, 25-29...).

Yup, CP (pkmn lvl), IV, height and weight are all the same (I think only shiny variants are completely random) for lvl 30+ players, the other lvl ranges I don't know...

It's also the exact same pokemon, just shiny or normal. IVs, stats, moves, etc are also the same.

It has always been this way silly .
How do you think IV scanners worked for the longest time ....? We used to even have a channel specifically for XS rats and XL karp lol
