Rarest Pokemon Guide Missing a Section?

I don't know if it's just my computer but the "Third Legacy Wave" tab drops you down to Community Days because there actually isn't a Third Legacy Wave section. Did a section get borked?

As an aside, some mention of regionals might be worth adding as well. While they're (I assume) common enough for people who live in each region they're potentially unobtainable for those who don't. I'm not about to fly out to Africa for a Tropius or Australia for Kangaskhan.
