I powered my Squirtle once, because I want the number "13" then lol. Before the CP update, it had CP 13. After the CP update, it only had CP 10. So I powered up it once to let its HP get to 13.

I evolved mine since I had the candy and already a couple Charizards ready. Since the start I said I wanted to evolve him some day and well I did?

Got my starter Squirtle to level 15. Gonna power him up to 30 then evolve to Blastoise. Sort of a side project of mine.
