Psychic back to a 2 bar move?

Very possible. Would prolly need to see the cooldown and compare. do you have any info that says it will be changed back to a 2 bar? I actually kept my legacy pc/p alazkazaam so that would be cool.

Well Psybeam would have to be changed I think, else you'd end up with 2 very similar moves. Currently that's the closest equivalent to the old Psychic, but in it's current state Psybeam just lacks the damage, plus is a bit on the slow side. 70 isn't enough when you look at the best 2 bar moves such as Outrage, Wild Charge and Dynamic Punch.

The other thing they could do is make Psychic have a very fast duration/cooldown so it has some angle compared to Futuresight. (or they could nerf FS and make it slower).

But making it 2 bars again would be better. I actually prefer to use my Shadow Ball Alakazam over Future Sight because he can get a few more fired off before fainting.
