Power up 10/10/10 mewtwo?

If it were my only Mewtwo on the horizon, I would at least power it to 30. My two Mewtwo are 12/13/12 (such coincidence), so i wouldn't anymore. I had boosted my first one to 30, but I'll leave it at that most certainly and the other was weather boosted so I'll keep him at 25. I get another shot at a better mewtwo next week.
Would power it up to level 30 for sure. At 30 its stats are 227/140/149 as opposed to a perfect 230/144/152. That's less than 2% difference in stat total, so you likely wouldn't even notice the performance difference if you could compare it to a perfect one in action.
I wouldn't max it unless you're convinced you'll never get another Mewtwo, but it's going to be a good asset even at 30.
I definitely would, at least to level 30. There are a few reasons:
1. It's still a Mewtwo
2. At level 30 its performance is practically identical to a perfect Mewtwo in Machamp raids. Why do Machamp raids matter? Because...
3. I have one good Alakazam at 30 and my three Espeons are underwhelming in level or movesets. This means that I can't reliably solo Machamp without Windy weather
(4. Finally, an all-10's is as rare as a perfect one. This rarity aspect wouldn't matter at all to me but to someone else it might.)
If you already have several good Psychic types you might come to a different conclusion. But for me "even" that Mew2 would be a very significant addition to my Psychic attacker lineup. I said "even" because let's be real, it's the best Psychic type in the game regardless of IVs. :)
