No more extreme weather?

The extreme weather negation of weather boosts was removed maybe a week or two ago. Maybe longer. Hard to remember when something stops.

It is a good solution like this. Previously, if you had any sort of minor alert out you could get Extreme, which Pokémon "did not like".

In practice that meant you were often screwed if you hoped to finally see those windy, snowy, foggy or rainy types.
