None of the main series "location based" evolutions were added. Seeing how the move specific ones were just added as Sinnoh Stone evolutions I don't see why they didn't just do all of them. I like that we don't have a dozen unique items but lumping non-item evolutions under it seems lazy. There's no reason to not just release them all at this point.

Since there were unique flower models for all the eevolutions added recently, my guess is that there is some sort of eevee related event in the works
