Next EX raid boss?

Any idea when atack deoxys is leaving? Is defence deoxys next, followed by the rest of its forms? Any idea what pokemon could replace it once all its forms go? Jirachi is probably going to be a reaserch quest right?

Also what is the best way to get EX raids? Do I need to do a lot of raids in an ex raid gym? or even with 2-3 a week at an ex gym could i manage?

There are two more Deoxys forms that will most likely be in the EX raids. (Defense and Speed) I did a raid at an EX Raid Gym and got a pass the next day. I believe it's all random but if you are active and go to that gym a lot you should get a pass. This might be a shot in the dark but I could see Arceus being an EX Raid Boss but not very soon.

The EX raid needs to activate for you to have a chance to get a pass, this requires more people than just you raiding it. If it does get activated, basically each raid you did gives you a lottery ticket with a random chance to win the pass. Often all it takes is one raid.

The other two Deoxys forms seem like nobrainers, we're most likely stuck with Deoxys until late spring or so.

I don't have a link but I know there's an article here that explains in lengthy detail how EX raids are triggered. The long and short of it is a certain level of activity needs to be met at a given EX eligible gym to trigger the raid. If you have a local PoGo chat I'd check with them to see if they target specific gyms during a given week.

And yes, Deoxys Defense and Speed are safe to assume as our next two EX bosses. It changed from Normal forme to Attack forme a month ago, I'd guess one forme will come in March and the last in June. After that I'd guess we'll see something from Gen 4; Darkrai or Arceus are the likely suspects IMO.

Likely defense or speed Deoxys. I'd like the challenge Def deoxys will being while trying to shortman, Counter and zennheadbutt are fast moves that will dent the best coutners, gengar and tyranitar/Weavile.

Also unlike attack or normal, both have at least some defense, with defense form acting almost like a regi-psychic. While they will still be easy raids to do, they wont be anything like the walk in the park the other 2 forms were, at least in my oppinion.

I did some research recently. There is an article talking about how to get EX raid passes. Basically, the most important things are:
1. try to get high gym badges at EX gyms;
2. try to raid on SEVERAL DIFFERENT EX gyms within a week;
3. try to raid once per day.

People usually know the first and the third one, but only a few people mentioned the second one.
In fact, I have kept raiding once per day for half a year, on two EX gyms near my home, but I only got 3 EX passes. Since Dec last year, I try to raid on at least 4 different EX gyms per week, and I already got 4 EX passes. So I think the second strategy may significantly raise the chance.

That first point was an outright lie. In fact, when they first announced gym badge would affect your chances of receiving one the system actually favored those with lower level gym badges. People proved this by raiding with their main account with high-level/gold badges and freshly-made alt accounts that didn't have any history of interaction with said gym until the raid. Majority of the time the fresh accounts would receive EX passes over the main accounts.

The other points are true. The more EX gyms you can target the higher your chances of getting an invite.
