New movesets because of TM reroll.

I was thinking about the quick move and charge move TM's that you can now aquire after defeating a raid boss. And it occured to me that there will be a possibility for new movesets because of this new feature.

For example. I have a dragonite with steel wing and dragon claw. I would like to change the quick move to make it a better attacker. Let's say I get the reroll and end up with Dragon tail as a quick move. Now my moveset is Dragon tail - Dragon Claw. Previously you could not get this moveset, because at the same time that dragon tail became available, dragon claw became unavailable. There are many scenario's like this possible with legacy movesets combined with new movesets for different pokemon.

How is the pokemon go community going to rank these 'special' movesets? What do you guys think?

Dragonite is probably the only one worth mixing movesets. Gengar and Omastar are the only moms with better legacy MSs and individual moves. Even so, I still prefer DT/OR over any possible combination.

Thunder Shock/Wild Charge on my Raichu is a pretty cool mixed legacy. Spark may do a tiny bit more damage but Thunder Shock charges faster and is quicker.

My wife is going for dragon claw/outrage dragonite

DC/O would be insane indeed, 50 damage for each fast attack. You almost don't need outrage anymore

I assume you guys mean DB/O As Dragon Claw is a charge move it will not be possible to get that as a quick move. Only when you use the charge TM you can get dragon claw and then you will lose your previous charge move.

DB/O would be a new moveset. But like Bucke7Head said, DT/O seems to be better anyway.

DT/DC would be a killer defensive moveset.
Too bad defenders got a huge nerf with the rework.

Other than Dragonite movesets, I can think of old Alakazams with PC/P that would like to change for PC/FS. I got one myself with 2500CP.

I have a couple of Alakazam with PC, but I'll leave the one with Psychic, at least for now. I have a feeling it might become a 2-bar move again, which will probably make it Alakazam's optimal attacking moveset in most cases.
I know you didn't ask for it, but my advice is be patient, leave that Psychic Alakazam for now.
