I can see youre from Germany aswell, English name for Seedraking is actually Kingdra and not Seadraking. :P
Besides, 2nd Machamp is mandatory to have in my eyes, as they are superior attacker for gyms and a bunch of raids, mainly Tyranitar and Pilowswine. Actually I have 4 and still feel like I could need another one.
Kyogre is another good pick for sure, especially as you dont have one.
Raikou is not that useful in my eyes, at least not two, because there wont be many raid bosses, where it excells, unless they bring back Kyogre or some birds. For gyms, one is just enough.
Wait for Charizard with Blast burn and see if i surpasses Moltres.
Mewtu is another excellent choice, as they deal a shit ton of damage to targets weak to Shadow ball, currently Gengar, Lati@s and, assuming you get exraids, Mewtwo.
Venusaur needs FP to be worth it imo, but I wouldnt power up mine, even if I would have it, unless I know, how good Roserade is going to be.
Blaziken is kind of a fun mon, thanks to Dynamic Punch, Machamp is strictly superior.

Basically, go with a Rayquaza first though, if u have a decent one. Guardevoir may be another solid addition to your team

100 iv dragonite tyranitar machamps. Cant go wrong with those.
Also strong pokemons before legendaries. Vaporeon gyarados rhydon. Not recomended now.

I’m working on Salamence, a second Ray, Groudon, and Kyorge but need more rare candies. I have 1MM stardust.

Maxed: 56, of which 9 are legendaries. Too many to list all of them.

I vote for second Machamp. It's a hundo, Machamp is amazing in the current meta and a relatively safe investment until we get close to gen 5. Raikou, Kyogre and Mewtwo are all good investments that you're unlikely to regret in the long run. I have 4 maxed Machamps and will make 5th and 6th as soon as I need them enough. EDIT: All that said, as long as you don't feel like you need anything, it's fine to hold onto your dust. It's good to have a stash for potential meta changes and whatnot.

Whatever you do, don't power up Moltres or Blaziken unless they're your favorites. BB Charizard will hit the meta in a few weeks and until we know how good it is, investments into fire mons are risky.
