Managing international friends - how many is too many?

They need to add a few QOL features to the friends list, such as a search bar and a way to sort by varying statistics. And have it load more than 10 friends at a time.

I've got 13 friends and I don't want anymore TBH. 2 of those are out of state, 1 is in a different country and the rest are local people I raid with or hope to raid with. It already feels like too many people to juggle

I think 10 is quite manageable, more than that might be a hard work

We can stock 5 gifts, from at least 5 poke'stops/gym (not guarantee every time you spin would get gift) that mean you must have time to spin over 20 poke'stops/gyms for the limit 20 gifts-a-day.

If your items bag full, your egg space is not vacant, your friend might not get a gift. In case of he or she already send you a gift and you can't send back, which is possible but I don't know, do this acceptable for them? If you luckily got someone nice, they would understand. But if not, well, limit your tasks for 10-must-send-a-gift-a-day might be safer strategy.

For your local friends, you can raids boss or attacks the gym together, or trade a mons' in stead of sending a gift. One activity per day is all counted. Anyway, I don't have much time after work for that, sometime it's tried to manage all of these in a day.
