How many of them you recommend to max out? I currently have 3 of them.

Eighteen.

Seriously, right now, none, or maybe one. When there's a reason to max it out (like a Rayquaza raid, or the gyms in your area are loaded with Dragonite, Altaria, Salamence, etc.), then spend your dust to power them up.

Just right now, Latias is back as a raid boss for 3 days, and it can be shiny, so...I think it's a good time to max some Mamos, lol!

Remember that Mamoswine's best moves are not legacy.

If you hatch a perfect Swinub tomorrow, you may regret blowing a million dust on six with subpar IVs.

I am going to max just one, which should be enough to take down flying dragons in gyms and for Lati raids (since I already have other top counters: Dragonites and Tyranitars).

I've actually have a 98% a 91% Lucky and a 96% Maxed out. I also have 2 96% and another 91% on bench, but aparently, Rayquaza still does more damage to Latias (I have 2 maxed out), so...I'll do a mixed team I guess. Also, for community day I just evolve one Ancientpower Mamoswine. The rest of them I've evolved them before or after.

Mamoswine loses in DPS against Latias to the following: Rayquaza, Gengar, Salamence, Palkia, Dragonite. If you have a full team of 6 of those, no reason to make Mamos for this one weekend yet.

None at the moment. I have two maxed Piloswines and I haven't evolved either one because Mamo doesn't contribute anything to my raid teams right now. It will be the supreme counter to some raid in the future, like Rayquaza's comeback, but it's not a supreme counter to anything right now.

You should have at least 6 maxed out Mamoswine. If you have tons of resources, go for 12.

Why "should" you though? What is the case where you need to have 6 maxed out Mamoswine? I mean, I'm probably going to make 6 eventually, but that's because I like having a full maxed team, not because I think they are necessary.

12?! Naah, I think 6 will be fine but in a distant future...I'll stick with those 3 I have maxed out and maybe I should max a Lucky Palkia or a level 33.5 Rayquaza that I have on bench. Thank you all for your answers!

But seriously, it's all about your area. I'm going to max out 4 Mammoswines because it's a regular occurrence for me to need to Short-Man raids (particularly Legendary), and with Latios and Latias coming back (and the expectation for Rayquaza too), Mammoswine is going to be a beast in those raids.

If you don't need to short-man a raid, then pick the best one, power it up, and wait for another Pokémon to come out that's worth powering up.

I'm lucky enough that I live in Brisbane so it was sunny which meant weather boosted swinub. If you still have a bunch, trade and try and get luckies?
