Lowest CP Legendary ever - Registeel
I was surprised when the Registeel I encounter with a CP of 12xx. Check on the Max CP, only 2261, which is so low, even lower than Golduck. I think this is one of the most useless legendary thus far, even worse than Suicune. Just my 2cent.

Honestly, with the current gym system they really don't need to exclude legendaries on defense. Maybe cap it at like one or two if they absolutely have to limit it. The only thing legendaries would do is ward off casual players from attacking which any fully motivated gym with Pokemon over 3k CP already do.
I think they did that to off set how bad registeel is, I mean with regice the rewards for beating it were worth it, and regice is usable as an ice attacker against double ice weak pokemon because its high bulk, but with registeel, the rewards arent worth it because its such a bad pokemon

its been a bad run recently.
latios, latias, regice, registeel. and upcoming regirock.
they are all junk and no reason to even try to get a group together after you've done it one time for the 'dex. our raid crew has pretty much dissolved over the last 2-3 months because nobody wants to do Legendary raids because they are so useless.
I expect Gen 4 to experience the same stagnation if they roll out the top legendaries before anything else. If we get Cresselia either immediately before or immediately following the lake trio that will likely be another 4 months of sub par T5 raids. Everyone's Tyranitars/Gengars/SB Mewtwos will definitely have their work cut out for them.
I ave a feeling they'd space cress and the lake trio out, if the go by dex order its the lake trio, dialga, palkia,heatran, Regigigas, giratina (which form remans to be sean), cresselia, phione, manaphy, darkrai, shaymin, arceus.
Rotom's not a legendary so its ambiguous as to what will happen with it
Not gonna say I use Latios a lot, have a 96% at 30 and caught two good boosted ones, then a level 20 w/ 14a 98%—waiting to see what else to do with it...but obviously Latios mops Salamence in a gym battle, can beat Dragonite, too. At some point it’ll be pretty valuable in a general setting (potentially PvP)...people don’t often include ice attackers in battle parties
