Looking for help with trades: best attackers + hardest to obtain?

I have several trade offers for my shinies, and I want the best I can get from the 4 shinies I have. I am weighing two factors in my decision: best attackers (according to the Tier List article) and which ones, out of those Pokemon on that list, will be the hardest to obtain without trading. I have my best guess as to what 4 I should trade for, but I'm not sure if they would be correct in better players' opinions. Should I go for all Tier 1s, or for some, like Moltres and CD exclusives, that are likely to/definitely will never come back?

[The following Pokemon are the only ones I have that are also on the tier list: 2 Smack Down Tyranitar, 3 Hariyama, 4 Exeggutors, 3 Alolan Exeggutors, 1 Zapdos, 1 Espeon, 1 Blast Burn Charizard and 2 Golem]

My guess for the top 4 I should trade for...
1 Kyogre
2 Smack Down Tyranitar
3 Frenzy Plant Venusaur
4 Moltres

Of course, this depends on what you don't have, but to add things to it:

Mewtwo
Rayquaza
Groudon
Shadow Claw Gengar
Rock Throw Omastar
Raikou
Regionals (if you care about them).

Again, if you don't have something, that bumps it up the list. If you have lots, don't trade for more.

Kyogre is definitely your best option, see if you can get a Weather Boosted one to save some RC and dust. The rest aren't worth it. Venusaur is only slightly better than exeggutor and with the IV reroll you will probably end up with a crappy one. You already have 2 SD Ttars and golems, so your rock squad is good. Moltres will likely return soon with a shiny variant, the same as articuno.

You might want to think about getting some high level Blisseys maybe as well? Since the IVs for those are not as important as the attackers and the reroll at this point might not be towards your advantage, Blisseys might be more useful in the long run :)

Moltres should be removed from your list - it will almost definitely get a day like Articuno is getting tomorrow.

Venusaur may be "nice to have", but it's not much better than the nearest competition, and grass types are never good attackers anyways.

Tyranitar is great and could be considered since you only have 2, but there will be better rock types in Gen 4. You're also trading a Shiny away and getting a normal back (Shiny and Legendary have increased cost, so you might as well trade directly for a legendary).

Kyogre is DEFINITELY the best to consider. You have none, and you probably won't be able to get another one for upwards of a year.

Rayquaza and Mewtwo are worth considering as well, you can still access Mewtwo (and Rayquaza will likely return soon), but they're sufficiently strong that you'll want multiple anyways. If you can get one that's already powered up a bit - great.

If you don't raid much (at all) then getting a legendary may not be great as they take 20km to walk for a candy and you won't have rare candy income. In that case I would suggest you go for the Dragonite and TTar from the community days since you can get their candy more easily. Would highly encourage you to go after legendaries and start raiding more to get rare candy though!
