Is it worth powering up?

Tyranitar 14/15/11. B/C. I already have 2 tyranitar with more or less the same iv (both with B/SE).

Should I wait for a better tyranitar?

B/St and B/C have slightly different uses. I have one of each. Probably use B/C more if I include all the times it has plowed through low motivation gyms.

Seems fine to me.

Wait for Mew & Mew 2 come. If that moment you don't have a better one, max it out cause you will definitely need her at the raid.
